Seriously??

Come on!!!!! Aren't we supposed to be in some kind of housing/mortgage crisis? Shouldn't people be begging me to take their house off their hands?

Ok, backing up, for those of your that don't know, I decided not to buy the yellow house because the roof ending up being in worse condition than previously thought.

The sellers wouldn't budge on their final price, so in the end, it turned out not to be a good fit.

Fast forward to last week. I found another house that I was really really excited about and made an offer on Friday.
In the midst of price negotiations, another buyer came and offered the asking price with no contingencies. What the hell?!? I hate you, whoever you are. I hope the house falls down because you are stupid for not getting a home inspection before you bought it.


Now that I have that out of my system, on a brighter, happier note...
Yeah Tennessee Vols basketball team! That was an awesome game on Saturday, and it was nice to see they could hit their free throws when it counted. #1 !
